Next named storm in record-breaking hurricane season is developing

Yet another tropical system is brewing in this extremely active Atlantic
hurricane season, and this one is close to home. Tropical Depression Nineteen
formed Friday afternoon less than 100 miles east-southeast of Miami, Florida,
according to the National Hurricane Center.
